We have designed this 2-station hot foil stamping machine to deliver high productivity and operational flexibility. Because of its dual-station design, two different products can be stamped at the same time.

A single operator or multiple operators can operate the machine easily, depending on production requirements. It also supports both manual and automatic operation modes, making it convenient for different manufacturing environments.

The stamping head size of 6 inches × 4 inches makes it ideal for stamping small and medium-sized plastic products.

Machine Specification

The machine operates on 230V AC single-phase power and has a total power consumption of 3 kW.

It is equipped with a stepper motor system for accurate foil winding, which ensures consistent and precise stamping results.

For easy operation, the machine includes a 4.3-inch HMI interface combined with a high-performance PLC control system. This allows operators to manage production settings smoothly and efficiently.

In addition, the machine uses a PID temperature controller to maintain stable and accurate heating during stamping.

To ensure durability and smooth movement, the machine incorporates a HIWIN rail and block system, which provides stable operation and long machine life.

Under optimal working conditions, the machine can achieve a maximum production speed of up to 1 piece per second. The machine is supplied with a 1-year warranty covering the complete system.
